These last few days have been quite good. There are several reasons why.
I’ve been on the mountain three times this week, and I’ve seen friends twice. I’m also getting up earlier in the morning and not skipping on any of my grooming, and it’s amazing how much of a difference that makes. So my only goal left now is to cook my family a healthy dinner, and I’ll have accomplished my lifestyle changes. Once I’ve done so I might set myself some ore challenging routines and goals to see how far I can take it, and after that I’ll look into the third section of ‘WikiHow: How to Deal with Depression’.
Something else I’ve been doing recently is dreaming. I’m dreaming again. I will tell you what my dreams are. First, I want to get a dog, a little yorkshire terrier puppy which I will love and love and love. My mum and I are moving to the other side of the country in a few weeks, so it will have to wait until we are settled there, but I cannot wait! My other dream is that I want to hike some of the National Trails in the UK, and better yet, I want to do it with my adorable puppy! How exciting. I’m going to get a tent and pack up my big red backpack and bring my little friend on a flight to my favourite island and then I’m going to go down to the cliffs by the seaside and look out onto the world.
So I’m quite excited, I can’t wait until I’m much better so that my parents will let me out of their sights and I can live my life a bit more again.
